چکیده
Objectives: Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) tears are a common sporting injury and optimal graft choice is of concern for both patients surgeons. Few comparative studies have evaluated return to sport reinjury rates across types. The purpose the present study was evaluate reinjuries among hamstring tendon (HT), quadriceps (QT), patellar (BPTB) ACL reconstructions. Methods: Recreational competitive athletes ages 13-24 from 2010-2022 that underwent primary or revision reconstruction were included. There 837 total comprised 341 HT, 358 BPTB, 138 QT autografts, which 729 108 surgeries. Return (RTS) rates, RTS testing results, clearance time, collected. data included isokinetic quadricep strength functional movement screening. A Kruskal-Wallis test used detect differences continuous variables. GLIMMIX procedure completed multivariate analysis between groups after adjusting age activity level. Chi-square statistics Fisher’s exact categorical Odds ratio, adjusted odds 95% confidence intervals provided by logistic regression. All statistical analyses performed using SAS 9.4 (Cary, NC). Statistical significance measured at p<0.05. Results: median 18 HT BPTB 17 (p= 0.0001). Females 50.73% grafts, 42.86% 41.30% grafts. previous level play observed in 118/130 (90.77%) 124/136 (91.18%) 39/52 (75.00%) grafts (p=0.0045); remained statistically more likely than 28/341 (8.21%) 142/358 (39.66%) 80/138 (57.97%) (p<0.001); level, results significant. Median 300 degrees per second 92% 26 athletes, 83% 134 87% 77 0.0006); significant following adjustment. 60 89% 24 101% 135 100% 79 (p=0.0007); adjustment single- leg hop ratio 98% 5 85% 12 96% 14 (p=0.044); Time be cleared 25.89 weeks 179 34.75 186 35.74 75 (p <0.0001) with remaining retear 12.02% 3.07% 5.07% (p<0.0001) significantly suffer an Conclusions: After autografts demonstrated lower risk when compared autografts. When comparing 6-9 months post-op superior group; however, sport. This can help influence surgeon patient shared decision-making models injuries.

Background: Injury to the infrapatellar branch of the saphenous nerve (IPBSN) is common after arthroscopic ACLreconstruction with hamstring tendon autograft, as reported in up to 88% of the cases. Due to close relationshipbetween the IPBSN with pes anserine tendons insertion skin incision may sever IPBSN while harvesting gracillis andsemitendinous tendons. متن کاملACL reconstruction using quadriceps tendon.
Arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction is one of the most commonly performed1 and most successful procedures in sports medicine. Various autograft choices have been used for ACL reconstruction,2 and the results in terms of stability and return to sports activities have been good.3 The ideal autograft should have optimal mechanical properties and low donor-site morbidity.
